The house is available all year round, minimum booking is for one week.

Change over days are normally Saturdays, depart by 10.00 arrive between 15.00 and 16.30.

Off season we may be able to accommodate change over on other days  - please enquire.

See below for prices for the forthcoming season.  You can either book direct with us, or via our Airbnb listing, see below. Please be aware that this excludes local holiday tax (€2.75 per adult per night in 2025).

Important Information:
Please note that we are no smoking throughout and no pets.

If you have toddlers or young children please be aware that the grounds are not completely fenced, and care should be taken on the steps to the pool.

A booking deposit of 25% is payable at the time of reservation, with the balance payable 30 days before travel (45 days for a two week booking). A refundable breakages deposit of €750 is also required with the final payment.

The calendar below indicates current dates when the property is available, but please check with us before making any travel arrangements as this status can, of course, change at any time.
