A luxury, peaceful, three bedroom house to rent on the edge of the Luberon, France.

Location

We are conveniently situated a mile up a no through road, between L’Isle sur la Sorgue and Saumane de Vaucluse – close enough to town, shops and activities yet often with just the singing of the cicadas for company.

The coast is just 90 minutes drive away should you fancy a day out.

There are no direct flights we can find to our local airports from the USA, but there are plenty of short hop flights to other European destinations to connect (Heathrow, Paris, Amsterdam, Rome, Brussels, Rome etc).

Travelling By Train

There are frequent Eurostar / TGV trains to Avignon all year with a change at either Lille (recommended) or Paris from the UK.

There is a railway station in L’Isle sur la Sorgue, less than 10 minutes from the house with connections from Marseille Airport and Avignon.

Travelling By Car

Mas Bois Carré is 1000km (620 miles) from the Eurotunnel terminal at Calais.

We are 30 minutes from both the Avignon North and Avignon South motorway junction.

Car Hire

There is a choice of car hire at all airports and the TGV station, though if using Avignon Airport it is essential to book in advance.
