A lovely spacious house set in peaceful gardens in an excellent location. So much to do and see on your doorstep. Dinner on the terrace at the Bistrot de Saumane is highly recommended. The perfect base for a wonderful holiday, one week was not enough!

A delightful house near to the market town of L'Isle sur la Sorgues. The house has an excellent kitchen, facilities to eat indoor or outdoor and a quiet environment in which to relax and read - or swim in a fine pool. Recommended for family use. There is also a superb golf course nearby with an excellent restaurant.
We would happily wish to return having had a great holiday there.

Fantastic house in fantastic location. Brilliant for cycling, walking and relaxing, with some fascinating villages and towns nearby. Stunning sunset, quiet dawns. Overall, it was a superb place and the holiday was perfect.

We spent a few days at Claire and Martin's beautiful home in Provence in October. So much more generous in space than the 3 bedrooms suggest! They have done a truly amazing job bringing the house firmly into the 21st Century whilst maintaining the typical French charm. It is beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you may need.
The gardens are fabulous and so private. We were fortunate with having superb weather and enjoyed the afternoons lazing around and swimming in the lovely sized pool.
In short a beautiful home in a great area of France, definitely worth a visit.

We came across Mas Bois Carré by sheer happenstance and what a delight it proved to be! I arrived with decent pillows and my full batterie de cuisine because I know that rental properties never have them. Wrong! The house is beautifully and comprehensively equipped to the highest standard. We had some wonderful meals locally and further afield; mostly though we were happy to enjoy cooking superb locally sourced food in the house and enjoy relaxing evenings on the terrace with the odd glass of fantastic rosé. Life can’t really get much better. Apart from the day when Geneviève, Claire and Martin’s totally delightful housekeeper whisked up an amazing mayonnaise for us to have with our artichokes for lunch. Superb.

Nous étions venus l'an dernier et n'avions qu'un seul souhait : revenir ! Et cette semaine que nous venons de passer à Bois-Carré a ravi une fois de plus toute la famille. Ravissante, confortable dans les moindres petits détails, elle allie tout le charme de la Provence et la "delightful" touche britannique.Bois-Carré est idéalement situé pour visiter la région (côté Luberon ou côté Comtat Venaissin), à la fois perdu au milieu de la nature et proche de toutes les facilités (activités, commerces, restaurants...). Nous sommes par ailleurs toujours touchés par l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes et de Geneviève, attentifs à tous nos besoins.
